<h3>陶嘉，作者本人，旅法三十年华人，2016年和2017年的春夏徒步三个月，沿着圣雅各千年朝圣古道（联合国教科文组织命名的世界文化遗产和欧洲议会命名的欧洲文化之路），从法国的中央高原出发，翻山越岭，风餐露宿，一直走到了西班牙大西洋的海边，全程1750公里，一路上笔耕不辍，我通过微信网络即时与全世界的华文读者分享我一路所见所闻（壮丽的大自然，无数美丽村庄与城镇，辉煌的历史文化遗产，人与人之间的美好相逢。。。），通过这种方式，为中国贫困地区的走路上学的儿童呐喊呼吁，最终募集到超过50万元人民币的助学款，全部捐献给总部设在美国的OCEF组织（海外华人教育基金会），帮助中国的乡村学童。</h3><h3><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">买足了水、饮料和中午的三明治，早上9点半，离开休整了一夜的小镇Saint Privas d'Allier。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">路标非常明确，西班牙的圣地亚哥（圣雅各）</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">回头再望一眼小镇</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">黄色的路标指明正常天气下走的路，白色的指公路，建议下大雨时走。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这条路，已经1100年，前有古人，后有来者。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">走不完的路，基本上都是小路。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">走，走，走。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">沿途看到的民居，白云深处有人家。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一直在爬坡。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">爬坡，海拔800米了</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">穿过一个小村。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一只可爱的狗，静静地看着我走过，估计许多年来，他看到了无数的朝圣者走过，已经习惯了，一动不动，也不叫。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">天有点阴，不过对走路来说，比较合适。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">爬呀爬</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">高压电线从头顶上越过，发出嘶嘶的声音。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">小道绵延不绝</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">图上的红白标示表明走对了路，马上要左拐。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">过了马路继续走林中小道。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">许多年里，经过这里的朝圣者期盼平安放置的平安石。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">为朝圣者修造的干厕所（无水冲刷）</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">半山腰的农家人，也是客栈和酒吧老板。过路的人可以坐下喝一杯休息。店小二忙里偷闲在照顾他的菜园。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">村里的普通人家</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">牌子上说这个山上的教堂非常值得一看。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">于是我登上去了。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">先去参观了这座叫“圣雅各”的小教堂。<br><br></font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">教堂里唯一的一块彩绘玻璃，画中人是个朝圣者，独行侠，画的左下部是一只贝壳。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">教堂外可以300度俯瞰风景。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一位母亲带着女儿也来了。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">村民的毛驴，突然的叫声有点吓人。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">小教堂，朝圣者必经之地。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">教堂建在悬崖边的居石旁。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">继续往上爬，风景更好。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">太阳一露面, 景色更清晰。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">下来继续走，农民家的鸡笼和鸽子笼，狗吠深巷中，鸡鸣桑树颠的声音此伏彼起，听着非常幽静暇意。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">下山</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, d'Allier 的小镇。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">小镇到了，依山傍水。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这家人的房顶种菜。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">进村了，前面的8个法国老人，结伴而行。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Allier 河上埃菲尔建的铁桥。在古代朝圣者到了这里一筹莫展，必须靠摆渡船才能过河。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这条河也是西欧三文鱼的洄游产卵地，勇敢顽强的三文鱼从大西洋逆流而上，行程1000公里，回到这里，他们的出生地交配产卵，至今生生不息。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">三文鱼激流勇进，逆流而上。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">河边的一家发电厂。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">河边风和日丽，河水声潺潺，是休息午餐的好去处。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">我也停下45分钟休息野餐。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这家饭店是专做过路的朝圣者生意的。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">然后继续上路，标牌显示 Allier 河的源头就在附近了。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">出村</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">有给行人洗漱和牲口饮水的水槽。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">溪流声音不断，由远至近。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">继续爬山，山路比昨天更长，更陡。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">可以看到山下河流上的漂流船。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">再登高一些，回头遥望刚才午休的河流和小镇。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">越爬越高，有点气喘吁吁</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">更高，看得更远，海拔1180米。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">路边的怪石</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">风景如画</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">翻越这座山，8公里的山路，弯弯曲曲的小路。坡度很陡，爬了将近3个小时，半路上和几个外国友人结伴而行，聊着天，时间过得快些，似乎没有那么累和枯燥。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这位蓝衣的德国人，40岁左右，6月20日从德国纽伦堡出发，已经走了50天1500公里了，说是要一口气走到西班牙的圣地亚哥。他说至今最美丽的回忆是穿越瑞士，翻越阿尔卑斯山。瑞士很贵，比萨饼25欧元一个（普通份）</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一路上步行者不绝于途。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这最前面的三个年轻姑娘，其中一个的一只脚上还打着绷带，健步如飞，追都追不上，太厉害了。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">终于下山了，看到了人烟。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">目的地在望，路边一棵梧桐树被修剪为艺术品。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">到达目的地，今天在路上一共花了8个小时, 去除休息2个小时，走路18公里，平均时速3公里/小时。不过和昨天比，身体适应多了，一点也不觉得累，如果不是下雨，还想往前走至少5公里。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">这个小镇叫 Saugues, 在中央高原的Gevaudan 地区，以前这里以狼群出没而著名。我直奔教堂。教堂的神父花了20分钟时间为我解释了教堂的一件有900年历史的镇堂之宝，就是它（下图）</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">十字军东征时从西亚地区抢来的圣母玛丽亚和圣子雕像。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">教堂内的彩色玻璃太美了，一边坐下休息，一边慢慢欣赏，加上神父的解说，不知不觉停留了一个多小时。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">神父热心介绍我去朝圣者宿舍，为此还特意为我打了电话，晚餐时，大家坐在一起交流经验。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">想起了在法国军队的集体宿舍生活。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">最后秀一下沿路收集的图章，盖在我的朝圣者护照上，这只是刚刚开始，到达圣地亚哥时应该有几百个图章。</font></h3> <h3><b><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">一天徒步后，感觉最舒服的是整整一天深呼吸了新鲜的空气，特别舒服。希望明日早点到来，继续行路，继续惊喜，继续饱眼福。</font></b></h3><h3><b><font
